By creating a profile, they:

Deleting their ad on the platform (the TottaX site).
Removing their profile.
Banning them permanently from posting ads again on the platform without any payment or refund.
We do not take part in any meetings, negotiations, or deals between the offeror and the recipient. If both parties connect and start talking, arranging a meeting anywhere, whether in private or at a social gathering, is entirely between them. We, as a classified ad website, do not take part in these meetings in any way, such as controlling or tracking them.
The offeror agrees that the website has all the rights. According to the age verification of the creator of the profile, the website can decide on the publication of an ad. To verify the age, the website can use an automated process, third-party services, or agencies. If these methods are not possible, manual verification for the Escort Service in India can be done.
In this process, the platform may ask for documents from the offeror to prove their identity and legal age. We will follow our privacy policy for this purpose. To do this, the company may use a third-party agency (details of the third-party agency) to process the data and get information about the offeror’s identity from the documents provided.
